Must have own tools and reliable transportation, smart phone with whatsapp or facetime and able to text pictures, videos and instant voice messages

We have a project right now in St Catharines: power-wash exterior 2h Add 2 downspout extenders 1

clean gutters n rake leaves, bag and put on curb for collection 5 Fill cracks on exterior foundation with masonry stucco 1 On West wall, remove metal anchor sleeves and fill with masonry caulking 1.5 Fix 2 wobbly handrails 2.5 Cut down 2 trees close to foundation in rear yard and cut into logs for firewood 3 Replace water damaged ceiling tiles with new ones 2h+materials Demolish and dispose concrete laundry sink 2h Bring basement furniture to main floor 2h All remaining furniture/garbage to the bin on driveway 4h 2 mattress and 2 box spring and rocking chair to curb (MT call city to pick up) 1 remove carpet on ground floor put in bin 4h demo+dispose shed 3h clear out car port closets 2h Total 36 hours * 40/h = $1440 by e-transfer. If charging HST, rate will be $35/h+HST
