This detached house is in the village of Kuruoba, Village of Ayvacik. It's 7 km from the Assos ancient city, 17 km to Ayvacık, 90 km to Çanakkale and 3 km to the beaches on the beautiful seaside.

The house consists of two independent sections. The 100-year-old stone house was restored and converted into an independent guest house. Inside there is a full-bathroom and a small kitchen with independent entrance from the garden. The size of the guest house is 35 m2.

The main house has a modern architecture and is a reinforced concrete structure built on a concrete foundation.

It has an open kitchen and living room with high a ceiling, (Height 4.50 Meter), on the main floor along with a full bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a dressing room.
