UNIQUE TINY HOMES BUILDER LOOKING for INVESTOR'S or CUSTOMER'S!

Hello to Everyone! I am looking for "Investors or Customers" to start manufacturing UNIQUE TINY HOMES! Since I start developing Designs in 2011, I have multiple versatile own Designs for Tiny Homes. All of them are unique - not like current ones on the market, functional, space savers, multi functional furniture, full size kitchens and washrooms, with porches, roof top and side deck's, plenty of storage and could be used on land, trailer or water like a houseboat. Looks like now it's the right time to start doing that because of the high Real Estate prices in Canada and many people want to downsize and live off the grid. About me: Custom Homes Builder - European background with proven track and over 20 years experience in this field. I am punctual, responsible, organized, clean, neat, reliable, problem solver, multitasking person and have very good or excellent organizational skills. Mostly I build Addition's, Custom Homes & Cottages, Finished Basements and Renovation's (Insurance Claims -water flood, fire damage etc.) Very good knowledge of Building codes, Blue print's and Legislation's . Beside that I have all Team - from the Architect to Structural Engineer, labour, tools and broth knowledge of construction - materials and steps involved to do something like that. My Education: Architectural Drawing's and Design - Sheridan College - Oakville ON Building Energy and Resource Management (Green Energy) - Douglas College - New Westminster BC INVESTMENT NEEDED minimum $15.000,00 - and up!
