We have now wrapped up 7th and final season. The trailer is now all cleaned up and ready for you! We have had loyal customers from within Fort Erie and the surrounding area. This is a turnkey business that is set up and ready go.

We are located on the busiest street in Fort Erie on Garrison Road (Canadian Tire parking lot), close to all amenities and several residential communities.

Our menu consists of Hand Battered Haddock, Fresh Cut Fries, Poutine, Burgers, Onion rings, Hot dogs, Sausages and more.

We operated approximately 8 months per year and 7 days a week. We offer take out and call in orders.

This trailer was built in 2017 and we have been operating at this location with a previous trailer and sausage cart for over 12 years.

Included in the sale is the 2010 American Hauler Tri-axle Trailer 30' x 8.5' with 8' ceiling. The trailer has a rear pull down car ramp for easy loading and large man door with sliding screen. It also has ladder to roof access.

The agreement is on a year to year basis with Canadian Tire. The buyer is responsible for arranging future agreement terms. Business name is not included in the sale. This sale includes the trailer, contents and location ONLY.

This trailer is TSSA ready and has an ESA sticker. Complete fire suppression system and is inspection ready with 2 portable fire extinguishers.
