We are a successful, well-funded start-up business in the men’s skincare space. We are 2 brothers -entrepreneurs aged 23 and 25 - looking for an energetic, smart, organized, independent person with initiative and drive to join our team.

Working directly under the COO, you will help in the areas of marketing, finance, and administration. This position will have a fast and steep learning curve, but it has limitless possibilities for someone eager to be part of something new, exciting, and rapidly growing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Inventory data management and assisting in production planning • Organizing and managing all company documents and assets • Preparing onboarding packages for new retail/partnership opportunities • Overseeing the execution of tasks and maintaining project timelines • Coordinating with our creative partners on all marketing initiatives • Assisting with accounting prep

Language: Business is conducted entirely in English

Must have: • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Confidence when speaking on the phone

Required Education: • College degree

Monday-Friday Full-time $40,000/Year Work from remote
