We are a 6 month resort open from May 1st to October 31st, allowing our owners to experience the Muskoka lifestyle during Spring, Summer and Fall in Muskoka ! At the resort our owners and their friends/family can enjoy our easy all-inclusive resort with an annual resort fee ranging from $4,995 to $5,975 + hst.. We offer many amazing activities and amenities including: Two heated swimming pools, playground, multi-sports court, horseshoes, canoes/kayaks/paddle boards, supervised kidz klub, family entertainment and more ! We have brand new cottages starting as low as $72,900 + hst ($12,500 down, $125 weekly). All cottages include: Furniture, appliances, skirting and A/C ! All cottages are either 2 or 3 bedroom !

We offer V.I.P discovery visits from Friday – Sunday between 10am – 6pm. This is an opportunity for you to visit the resort where we jump on a golf cart and get to view the resort, amenities, the available cottages and the beautiful sites !
