Apollo Custom Manufacturing is a Surrey BC based custom builder of mobile kitchens, food carts, container kitchens etc. Unlike other manufacturers who claim to have twenty plus years experience, Apollo has been in business and building Food Carts, Trucks and trailers since 2000. As one of the industries leading manufacturers we have built over 500 custom carts and approx. 200 trucks and trailers over the past twenty years. Apollo has supplied mobile kitchens all through North America and overseas so we are experienced in dealing with customs and shipping to other countries. We have a 12,000 sq ft shop and 12 full time employees. Our skilled staff and shop equipment allows us to do all our fabrication in house which allows us to manufacture each part to suit the truck itself and the chosen layout. We do not use off the shelf counters or shelving in our trucks. All cabinets - counters and shelving are are custom made to suit. Also unlike other manufacturers there is no wood used in the walls or cabinets of an Apollo food truck. We use strictly stainless steel and aluminium in the fabrication of all parts.
