Kitchen includes large steam kettle, 4 ovens, 90” grill surface, 6 burners, 320 sq ft fridge, 20 cubic ft freezer, 1 triple sink, 1 double sink, 1 hand washing sink inside the kitchen, stainless steel work surface, solid wood cabinets. Just outside food service area is a 4 sink hand washing station. Serviced by 2- 100 lb propane tanks and 1 propane pig. The kitchen plugs into the electric generator on the truck. Everything top quality and durably built.

-Kitchen is pulled by 2003 Sterling Tractor with 454,00 miles on it. 385 horsepower Mercedes engine, new aluminum rims with new tires, air ride suspension, single axle sleeper, silent diesel Onan 12,500 watt generator to run the kitchen mounted on the truck. Comes with 300 feet of cab tire electrical wire on its own reel to feed the kitchen from the truck.

-3 Warner Shelter System tents that attach to kitchen, 1 large, (MQ34 Hex Peak Marquee), 2 smaller (MQ20H Peak Marquee) totalling 2000 sq feet. Can choose to attach 1, 2, or all 3 of the tents.
