Computer Technician Position

Kamloops Computer Centre has been a technology leader in the BC Interior for the past 30 years. Our support team consists of many experienced technicians that have been with us for over 10 years.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to support our computer services team!

We have an immediate opportunity for the right candidate at Kamloops Computer Centre

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Providing experience and support to our group of highly skilled technicians Being proactive with communication to keep support team up to date Support our clients with polite and professional technical support Providing remote support and on-site support Maintaining accurate documentation of client networks, resolved issues, and client information Providing technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware Being willing to work flexible hours when required, to support clients and support staff SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Confident and comfortable working with staff and clients to resolve issues Adaptable and flexibility to support clients Calm and proactive demeanor Microsoft, and CompTIA A+ certifications are assets Experience in all versions of Windows (please list experience). Experience in business applications is an asset (please list experience) Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
