CANADA & USA Rate 55 cents include 2.5 cents (safety bonus) per mile Layover: $75. Reset: $75 Waiting $20/hr (after 3 hrs) Live Pick and drop $50 (First Pick and Drop free) Hourly 20 + 1.25 dollars safety bonus for Local city work. .

Hiring Location: Calgary Terminal.
