The Divine Madness was built in Toronto in 1984 to exacting standards with nothing but the best of materials used throughout the entire build. Surveyed by Lloyd's of London upon launching with Zero Recommendations. The last few years she's been between dry dock and rebuilding again throughout to exacting standards once again with the addition of a beautiful wheelhouse. Main & foresail winches accessible from inside the comfort of the enclosure, with all electronics within easy reach of the steering station. With a beautiful spinnaker of orange and black accompanied by 2 foresails, main, mizzen & mizzen stay sail as well as a new Perkins diesel for propulsion. This boat has sailed both Atlantic & Pacific Oceans proving her seaworthiness as a true global capable vessel. Moving below you will find this whole boat insulated throughout with a majority of the interior panelling finished. Nicely roughed in, the salon and kitchen areas are ready for finish work complimented by ample wood storage and a big wood stove for cooking & heat. The stove-top/oven are a gimble set up and the large kitchen sink set up on a foot pump. Forward you find a new head in the spacious rest area with a big forward cabin built for 2 comfortably. Moving aft through the hallway with all solar and electrical panels on your left with much more storage for food on the right side. Stepping into the fully stocked tool/engine room you will find ample room for all your mechanical needs before entering the aft Master Suite. Nicely built with plenty of room and daylight for the discerning Captain's private quarters. All the holds are full of supplies needed to maintain or repair at your fingertips.
