Perfect for your vacation lot or an extra place to stay/rent on your property. 8'8" wide with slides in so it can be towed to some campgrounds (41' and 13,000 lbs). Purchased new and towed to my property, we had a roof built over it and a large deck beside it. Lightly enjoyed, friends and family have stayed in it. About 390 square feet, king bed in bedroom, 9' ceilings, automatic awning, 4 slides, full fridge, propane stove, 2 - 30lb propane tanks, TV, stereo, 2 - AC units, both couches go down to beds, bathroom with shower stall, etc. The YouTube video (from an RV dealership) is the exact same colour scheme, layout, pillows, etc., (my fridge is a nicer Samsung).
