The master bedroom features a king-sized bed on hydraulics for storage underneath the entire bed. Storage is also accessible from the outside. Floor to ceiling storage with 3-door closet, 3 upper cabinet space, and 4 deep drawers below. The 3 over sized windows over look the lake with additional cabinets and drawers below. A single door with access to outside.

The second bedroom features 2 bunks: the bottom bunk sits above 3 built-in, deep drawers and a pull-out trundle mattress for additional sleeping on the floor. The top bunk sits on hydraulics that allow you to push the bunk up when not in use. The 2-bench sitting area with table converts to a 4th bed for plenty of kids or guests to stay in comfort. Both benches have storage underneath. A floor to ceiling closet and upper cabinet keeps things tidy, with 2 upper cabinets above the table. A space for a tv is even added! The living room, kitchen, and eating area are open concept, and the centre of the trailer. Kitchen comes with full size fridge and freezer, propane stove, and microwave over stove. Upper cabinets above the fridge, microwave, and sink/counter are all ceiling height for plenty of storage, and four drawers in the counter. A floor to ceiling pantry is to the right of the fridge. Hot water tank sits under the counter with a door access.

The eating area has a table that is not bolted to the floor and can be moved for ease of cleaning. It is made of solid hard wood, extension for a 5th seat at the head of the table, and storage within the table. All four chairs have fabric seats and lift for storage. Two overhead cabinets for additional storage.

The living area has a double pull out sleeper sofa made of fabric, with additional storage underneath. Entertainment unit is floor to ceiling with 2 large storage cabinets, built in CD player and stereo/radio, hook up for TV antenna and satellite. Electric fireplace is the focal point of the room with remote.

3-piece washroom has pedal flush toilet with wall mounted cabinets above, a shower with a garden tub for little ones who still need a bathtub, and sink with medicine cabinet and oversize storage under sink. Bathroom also has a large storage cabinet for all your linen and cleaning needs.

At the back of the trailer an outdoor shower with full privacy enclosure and platform, hot and cold water, for you and the kids to rinse off after a day at the beach. AC unit has been upgraded from standard grade in 2018 for a powerful and worry-free cooling system. Water heater can be heated via propane or electricity Outside you find yourself bbq’ing, eating, and relaxing on your professionally built 400 sq ft deck with metal spindles, and gated stairs at both ends, a 30 x 11-foot hard top awning installed by H&H Patio Enclosures, and brand new hard top gazebo with mosquito netting, rain curtains, and winter canvas. In the mornings watch the sun rise over the lake and in the evenings watch the sun set over the west end marshes, with no one to block your view! This is only one of FIVE sites in the entire park that has full view of both!

Enjoy the over-sized lot sized lot for lawn games, inflatable pools, pot lucks, and anything else you can think of.
