*** REDUCED PRICE *** Excellent condition AWD SUV. I am the 3rd owner and enjoy the vehicle but wanting to get back into a truck. This vehicle has been well taken care of. The Carfax shows the service history from the very first service (5,477km's) at Silverhill Acura where it was originally purchased. The 2nd owners who I purchased from had the vehicle serviced at McFadden Honda starting from 43,530km's and I have continued to have the vehicle serviced at McFadden Honda as well. I just had a fresh oil change completed on Oct 27/21, which included a new air filter, cabin air filter, and battery replacement, just in time for winter (total cost of $551.00). The Nokian Hakkapeliitta winter tires were just put back on as well, so the vehicle is ready for winter driving. There is currently less than 3500km's on these winter tires which I purchased from Kal Tire in Lethbridge on December 31, 2020 for approx $1,500.00 (shown on Carfax). The summer tires were worn (and I did not like them), so new buyer will need to purchase summer tires in the spring of 2022. Summer rims are shown on the vehicle in the ad. Some of the features this vehicle has is adaptive cruise control, collision mitigation braking system, blind spot information system, and vehicle stability assist (comfort & sport mode). This vehicle is very loaded with options for the year. Vehicle is in very clean condition.

This is my daily driver, so km's are a bit higher than what is shown on the picture in the ad.
