Engine is a 3208 Cat with a 4 spd Allison Automatic transmission
Truck has 66,000km on it and is currently on the road attending events.
The truck is equipped with 2 50lbs deep fryers, a 24" flat top griddle, a 27" refrigerated sandwich table, a 32" fridge freezer combo, and a second fridge that can switch from being a freezer or a fridge. The truck has a 2 basin sink with a separate hand wash station, a 30 gallon fresh water tank, a 35 gallon waste water tank with inline grease trap. An electric water heater and water pump.
There is an A/C unit mounted in the truck's kitchen. The truck's gas and suppression systems have both been inspected in the past month and meet all health department requirements.
The truck has 3 100lbs propane cylinders mounted on the rear of the truck, all tanks are fitted with multi-valves so you can fill them while mounted to the truck. It draws its power either from a 50amp land connection by use of the attached 100ft long power cable or from the trucks on board generator (Honda EU7000 watt inverter generator)
In the past 2 years the brakes and all 6 of the tires have been replaced, this past winter both batteries have been replaced.
